Method
- Prepare at least 4 glasses or serving bowls.
- Prepare three small pans.
- Stir the Cherry Jelly into the Boiling Water in a suitable bowl until it dissolves. Then pour directly into a pan until a height level of around 0.5 inches is reached. Chill until firm.
- Repeat step 3 for the other 2 Jelly Desserts, allowing each different colour Jelly to set in in a separate pan.
- Once set, remove the Jellies from the fridge and prepare a large parchment paper. Spray some oil to lubricate the paper slightly and un-mould the jellies onto it. Use a knife to cut each Jelly into cubes.
- Add the Milk and the Essence to the Whip Cream and beat with an electric Mixer or Whisk until Fluffy .
- Drop the Cream and the Jelly cubes into the glasses or serving bowls. Serve cold.
Tip
- You may add crushed biscuits or pound cake cubes
- To prepare this recipe do not chill the Jelly in the freezer, but only in the refrigirator
