The company employs a comprehensive food safety and quality management programme which is developed around strict manufacturing procedures, professional leadership, thorough employee training, ongoing process innovation, use of quality ingredients and a core set of internationally recognised standards including Codex Alimentarius for general hygiene, HACCP, Good Manufacturing Practices and FSSC 22000. Additionally, Foster Clark manages systems to assure compliance with regulations in the countries in which it operates.
In May 2016, to reinforce its commitment to food safety and quality improvements, Foster Clark Products Limited, was certified FSSC 22000 by the accredited body Bureau Veritas. Additionally, the company is also HALAL certified by RACS.
