Method
- In a food processor combine oats, cocoa powder, cinnamon and ginger.
- Add the nuts and fruits and mix well. You can chop all nuts and fruits before adding and just mix in with the oat mixture. Alternatively, you can use a food processor and add everything as wholes and let it crush everything for you.
- Add the vanilla essence for taste and slowly add the milk until it forms a firm mixture. Mixture should resemble the texture of a dough, however it should be very moist and sticky.
- Form into small balls and roll into coconut or crushed pistachios until ball is fully coated.
- Repeat process until you have used up all the mixture.
- Refrigerate for a few hours, drizzle with honey and serve.
