Ray is Foster Clark’s Territory Development Manager, and his role revolves around growing existing and/or new markets through different marketing and distribution methods.


What attracted you to Foster Clark?

Foster Clark is probably the Malta’s only true national champion – it is fully Maltese owned, successful and wholly export based. The company is in a growth phase, and offers attractive roles with a clear career path. I am honoured to be part of this organisation.


What is the most rewarding part of your job?

Our teams, our brands, our markets and our success. I really enjoy my job.  There is nothing more rewarding than sharing success. We are continuously present in our markets, organising marketing activities, and to identify potential business opportunities. This hands-on approach is a clear indicator of success.


What is the most challenging part of your job?

To continue growing turnover in high-risk areas, by staying on the ground with our consumers, and making flexible changes to our network and marketing tactics. We are ever present, even in these circumstances, and we do succeed notwithstanding.


What do you reckon makes Foster Clark different?

Foster Clark creates brands that live up to the expectations of our consumers. We are always attentive to quality and to supply products that cater for different market characteristics especially culturally.


Moreover, Foster Clark has a solid strategic leadership that has invested heavily in research and development, production, product packaging, marketing methods and activities, and more.
