Terms and Conditions:

1. The Activity will run for 27 days and will start from March 11th until April 6th, 2024 with gifts accessible to participants with a valid address in Senegal, aged 18 years or older.
2. To participate, Participants must:
   a) Follow the Foster Clark’s Senegal Instagram page
   b) Create a recipe using any Foster Clark Products, take a photo and/or video and post it on their Instagram (Instagram accounts must be public). Participants must tag Foster Clark’s Senegal page on Instagram (@fosterclarkssenegal), and/or use the hashtag # fosterramadan for a chance to win.
3. On a weekly basis, 1 winner will be selected at random on a Saturday, and the result will be announced on Foster Clark’s Senegal social media pages (Instagram).
4. The gifts are not subject to refund, division, transfer, or exchange for any other item or cash.
5. The gifts are provided “as they are” and “as available” without warranty of any kind either expressed or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a specific purpose or non-infringement.
6. The Organizers’ decisions in relation to any aspect of the Activity are final and binding on every person who enters and/or partakes in the Activity.

8. Foster Clark’s reserves the right to cancel or make changes to the Terms and Conditions from time to time at its sole discretion and without notice, and it is the Participants responsibility to review the Terms for any changes.
9. Continued participation following any amendments to the Terms and Conditions will be deemed acceptance of such changes.
10. Participants understand that any submissions do not create an affiliation between the Participants and the Organizers.
11. The Organizers and their related companies and entities are respectively the exclusive owners of all copy, text, software, graphics, logos, pictures, designs and all copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property or proprietary rights and all associated rights relating to the Activity.
12. All entries and any copyright subsisting in the entries become and remain the property of the Organiser who may publish any of the entries received.
13. The Terms and Conditions, together with any other notices published by the Organizers regarding the Activity, shall constitute the entire Terms and Conditions governing the relationship between Participants and the Organizers concerning the participation in the Activity.
14. By participating, you acknowledge that you reviewed and accepted the above Terms and Conditions.
15. This Activity is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram.

1. Le jeu concours sera accessible pendant 27 jours et se déroulera du 11 mars au 6 avril 2024. Le jeu et ses lots sont ouverts aux participants ayant une adresse valide au Sénégal, âgés de 18 ans ou plus.
2. Pour participer, les personnes doivent :
   a) S’abonner à la page Instagram de Foster Clark’s Sénégal.
   b) Préparer une recette en utilisant les produits Foster Clark’s. Publier une photo ou vidéo de leur recette sur leur compte Instagram (leur compte Instagram doit être public). Les participants doivent mentionner @fosterclarkssenegal et utiliser le #fosterramadan pour avoir une chance de gagner.
3. Chaque semaine, 1 gagnant sera tiré au sort le samedi et le résultat sera annoncé sur la page Instagram de Foster Clark Sénégal.
4. Les lots ne sont pas sujets à remboursement, morcellement, transfert ou échange contre tout autre article ou compensation monétaire.
5. Les lots sont fournis “en l’état” et “sous réserve de disponibilité” sans garantie d’aucune sorte, explicite ou implicite, y compris notamment, mais sans s’y limiter,  les garanties implicites de qualité marchande ou d’adéquation à un usage spécifique ou d’absence de contrefaçon.Les décisions des organisateurs concernant tout aspect de l’activité sont définitives et contraignantes pour toute personne qui entre et/ou participe à l’activité.

9. La poursuite de la participation suite à toute modification des Conditions Générales sera considérée comme une acceptation de ces modifications.
10. Les participants comprennent que toute participation au jeu-concours ne crée aucune affiliation entre les participants et les organisateurs.

Les Organisateurs et leurs sociétés et entités liées sont respectivement les propriétaires exclusifs de tout contenu, textes, logiciels, visuels, logos, images, photos et tous les droits d’auteur, marques et autres droits de propriété intellectuelle ou de propriété et tous les droits associés relatifs au jeu-concours.
12. Toutes les participations et tout droit d’auteur subsistant sur les participations deviennent et restent la propriété de l’organisateur qui peut publier n’importe laquelle des participations reçues.
13. Les Conditions Générales, ainsi que tout autre avis publié par les Organisateurs concernant le jeu-concours, constituent l’intégralité des Conditions Générales régissant la relation entre les Participants et les Organisateurs concernant la participation au jeu-concours.
14. En participant, vous reconnaissez avoir lu et accepté les Conditions Générales ci-dessus.
