Joseph Scerri Production Supervisor

 

Joe’s role as a production supervisor demands started 8 years ago. As a supervisor he is expected to lead by example, and be knowledgeable of all the tasks and procedures, whilst  providing adequate direction so other employees can achieve the maximum required expectations.

 

What attracted you to Foster Clark?

Its rapid growth of success and the company’s stability.

 

What is the most rewarding part of your job?

I enjoy noting that production targets are consistently met, and the customer order sheets show that they are satisfied with our products. This encourages them to share our good name with other new, potential customers.

 

What is the most challenging part of your job?

Meeting and exceeding the production efficiency of the previous day. It is my personal quest to be better in everything that I do

 

What do you reckon makes Foster Clark different?

The mixture of skills, ability, positive attitudes and communication between employees and the management. This meets all expectations, and thus makes all the difference to Foster Clark.
