The company employs over 200 people and produces more than 130 million packs of chips, popcorn, and snacks annually under the Salati Preziosi brand. Preziosi strengthens Foster Clark Products Ltd.’s position in Europe and marks its entry into the fast-growing savoury category. Both companies will continue to operate independently while collaborating in areas of innovation and growth.
