Conditions Générales :

  1. L’Activité se déroulera sur 10 jours et débutera du 16 Juin au 26 Juin 2026 avec des cadeaux accessibles aux participants ayant une adresse valide au Sénégal, âgés de 18 ans ou plus.
  2. Pour participer, les participants doivent visiter et suivre la page Instagram de Foster Clark’s Sénégal, aimer le post du jeu concours pronostics, donner en commentaire le pronostics des trois matchs de groupe du Sénégal à la coupe du monde (V = Victoire, N = Match Nul ou D = Défaite)
  3. Un total de 3 gagnants sélectionnés au hasard (parmi les bonnes réponses) seront annoncés sur les pages des réseaux sociaux de Foster Clark’s Sénégal (Instagram) dans un délai maximum d’une semaine à compter du 26 Juin 2026. Les trois cadeaux distribués seront des mini-chaînes hi-fi.
  4. Les cadeaux ne sont pas sujets à remboursement, division, transfert ou échange contre tout autre article ou argent.
  5. Les cadeaux sont fournis “en l’état” et “tels que disponibles” sans garantie d’aucune sorte, explicite ou implicite, y compris, mais sans s’y limiter, les garanties implicites de qualité marchande ou d’adéquation à un usage spécifique ou d’absence de contrefaçon.

  12. Toutes les participations ainsi que tous les droits d’auteur y afférents deviennent et demeurent la propriété de l’Organisateur, lequel pourra publier toute participation reçue.
  13. Les Conditions Générales, ainsi que tout autre avis publié par les Organisateurs concernant l’Activité, constituent l’intégralité des Conditions Générales régissant la relation entre les Participants et les Organisateurs concernant la participation à l’Activité.
  14. En participant, vous reconnaissez avoir lu et accepté les conditions générales ci-dessus.

Terms & Conditions :

  1. The activity will run for 10 days and will take place from 16 June to 26 June 2026, with prizes available to participants who have a valid address in Senegal and are 18 years of age or older.
  2. To participate, the participant must visit and follow the Foster Clark’s Senegal Instagram page, like the competition post, then post in the comments their prediction for Senegal’s three group-stage matches in the World Cup (win, draw, or loss).
  3. A total of 3 winners, selected at random from among the correct entries, will be announced on Foster Clark’s Senegal’s social media pages (Instagram) within a maximum of one week from 26 June 2026. The three prizes to be awarded will be mini hi-fi systems (mini stereos).
  4. The gifts are not subject to refund, division, transfer, or exchange for any other item or cash.
  5. The gifts are provided “as they are” and “as available” without warranty of any kind either expressed or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a specific purpose or non-infringement.
  6. The Organizers’ decisions in relation to any aspect of the Activity are final and binding on every person who enters and/or partakes in the Activity.

  12. All entries and any copyright subsisting in the entries become and remain the property of the Organiser who may publish any of the entries received.
  13. The Terms and Conditions, together with any other notices published by the Organizers regarding the Activity, shall constitute the entire Terms and Conditions governing the relationship between Participants and the Organizers concerning the participation in the Activity.
