Foster Clark Products Limited has held a graduation ceremony at its premises in San Gwann, to celebrate the achievements of the first 16 Technical Operators who graduated at a MQF Level 3 rated training course organised by the Malta College of Arts, Science and Technology (MCAST).

The training course was specifically designed for Foster Clark Products Limited with the aim of improving the skills of its technical operators at their daily working practices. The programme covered technical and quality subjects, health and safety, as well as communication and leadership competences. The training was in line with the company’s development strategy and in support of the investments being employed in new, cutting edge equipment which has been introduced on its product lines.

During the ceremony, Ing. Louis Aquilina, MCAST Partnerships Office Director, stated that Foster Clark Products Limited has a strong commitment to its human resource development. This training programme concretely demonstrates that the company firmly believes in its employees and that it is investing in the up-skilling, progress and development of its workforce.
