Meet Our People
Marlo began his career at Foster Clark as a Technician Apprentice, where he says he learnt a lot and matured thanks to the vast array of machinery and equipment that was available, as well as thanks to the experienced personnel working within the company.
After two years, Marlo was promoted to the role of Technician., responsible for the daily maintenance of selected machinery. Meanwhile, he was given the chance to further his studies while working. He graduated with a Higher National Diploma in Plant, followed by License A and B, and all of the courses were sponsored by Foster Clark. He says, “I will always be grateful and loyal to the company for believing and investing in me.”
On completion of the license, Marlo was promoted to Senior Technician and was given the opportunity to utilise the knowledge that he had learnt through his studies. To-date, his biggest achievement was moving on to the Engineering Department as an Engineering Officer, where he now supports the company by providing technical services in line with Foster Clark’s business strategy. “I look forward to learning and growing more in this
new position, and am eager to share my knowledge and to making our system as efficient as possible.”
